"I have been a loyal customer with this insurance company for over 11 years. Recently, I was setting up their mobile app and accidentally selected the "Driver Safety" device option. I realized my mistake immediately and called them right away to explain that I did not want this service. The representative I spoke with assured me it would be removed from my policy. However, when I received my next bill, it had increased from $489 to $612. I visited my local office to ask what happened. They told me I had signed up for the device and had not set it up. I explained again that it was an error while using the app and that I had immediately called to cancel it. I just want my original policy reinstated with no changes and at the original price. Unfortunately, the staff I spoke with did not seem to care about it keep bring all other thing is New York you renew policy (I have two car with them thank god did not request it for my other car)"
